The Village of Heyworth is currently working with Sterling Codifiers, Inc. to complete a codification of all Village Ordinances.  The last time this process was completed by the Village of Heyworth was in 1981.

The codification process in ongoing with regular reports to the Village Board.  At that time this web page will link to an on-line listing of all Village ordinances.  The on-line Village Code will be in (pdf) format and will include a table of contents.

Any questions about Village ordinances, building permits, or zoning issues should be directed to the Village Hall office staff.

Village Hall is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to Noon on the first Saturday of each odd month.
